The Customer agrees to the Processing and Protecting Personal Data Policy ("Policy") developed by Viettel, which regulates the processing of Personal Data, the rules for protecting the Customer's Personal Data and Viettel's responsibility to protect Personal Data with the following contents:
ARTICLE 1. DEFINITION
In this Policy, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
1. Viettel: is Viettel Group, with the Certificate of Business Registration No. 0100109106; headquartered at Lot D26 Cau Giay New Urban Area, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City, VietNam.
2. Customer: is (i) an individual and/or (ii) an organization that provides personal data to Viettel when searching for, accessing, purchasing, registering to use, or using Viettel's Products, goods, or services.
3. Products, goods, services: are any products, goods, services provided by Viettel and/or by Viettel in cooperation with partners when searching for, accessing, purchasing, registering to use, or using.
4. Contract: includes contracts, agreements, terms, conditions or other materials which signed and agreed between the Customer and Viettel in accordance with the law.
5. Personal data: is any information under the form: symbols, writing, numbers, images, sounds or similar forms in the electronic environment, which associated with a specific Customer or helping to identify a specific Customer. Personal Data includes General personal data and Sensitive personal data.
6. General personal data includes:
(i) Last name, middle name and name, other names (if any);
(ii) Date of birth; date of death or disappearance;
(iii) Sex;
(iv) Place of birth, place of birth registration, permanent residence, temporary residence, current residence, native country, contact address;
(v) Nationality;
(vi) Personal image
(vii) Telephone number, identity card number, citizen identification number, personal identification number, passport number, driver's license number, vehicle license plate number, personal tax code number, social insurance number, health insurance card number;
(viii) Marital status;
(ix) Information about family relationships (parents, children, wife, husband, etc.) and information about related organizations and individuals such as guardians, dependents, representatives, authorized persons, contact persons, etc;
(x) Information about individual digital accounts; email address; information about customers' use of telecommunications services, including: email; information related to the use of voice and text messaging services (such as phone number initiating calls, phone number receiving calls, time of initiating and ending calls, call time, phone number sending messages, phone number receiving messages, time of sending and receiving messages); registered packages and billing information (information on usage fees, outstanding fees, prepaid fees, etc.); service fees, billing amounts; mobile data usage history (sms, value-added services, data, etc.), mobile data usage time; usage capacity, history and frequency of use of Products, goods, services; IP address; Product, goods, service/complaint/repair request/troubleshooting information and other information about customers' use of telecommunications services;
(xi) Personal data reflecting activities and history of activities on the Internet, including: data related to Websites/wapsites/social networks or applications; technical data (including device type, operating system, browser type, browser settings, IP address, language settings, date and time of connection to the Website, Application usage statistics, Application settings, date and time of connection to the Application, other technical communications); account name; password; security login details; usage data; cookie data; browsing history; clickstream data; channel viewing history, VOD (video on demand) and other personal data reflecting activities and history of activities on the Internet;
(xii) Other information associated with a specific Customer or helps identify a specific Customer that does not within the scope of Sensitive Personal Data as defined in Clause 6 under this Article.
7. Sensitive personal data: is Personal data associated with the privacy of Customers, if having violated, that’s will be directly affect the legal rights and interests of Customers, including the following types of data:
(i) Information of Customer's telecommunications account, including payment history, account top-ups, and telecommunications account balance;
(ii) Information related to the Customer's use of payment intermediary services, including: customer identification information according to law, account information, deposit information, asset information, transaction information, information about organizations and individuals who are guarantors at credit institutions, bank branches, and payment intermediary service;
(iii) Information related to ethnic origin, physical attributes, and unique biological characteristics that the Customer provides to Viettel or that Viettel obtains during the process of the Customer search for, access, register to use Products, goods, services;
(iv) Customer location data determined via location services
(v) Other personal data that is specified by law as specific and requires necessary security measures
(vi) Other information that is associated with a specific Customer or that helps identify a specific Customer that is defined as Sensitive Personal Data as required by law
8. Processing of Personal Data: is one or more activities that impact on Personal Data, such as: including collection, recording, analysis, confirmation, storage, rectification, disclosure, combination, access, traceability, retrieval, encryption, decryption, copying, sharing, transmission, provision, transfer, deletion, destruction or other relevant activities.
9. Personal Data Controller: refers to an organization or individual that decides the purpose and means of processing Personal Data.
10. Personal Data Processor: refers to an organization or individual that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Personal Data Controller via a contract with the Personal Data Controller.
11. “Personal Data Controller-cum-Processor” refers to an organization or individual that jointly decides purposes and means, and directly processes personal data.
12. Viettel's transaction channels: including call center channels, electronic transaction channels (applications on mobile devices such as My Viettel, Viettel Money; website such as https://viettel.vn/, https://Viettelmoney.vn, https://viettelai.vn/; wapsite; social networks; e-commerce platforms) and physical transaction channels (branches, stores, business locations... of Viettel and Viettel's agents) or other transaction channels depending on the time provided by Viettel or authorized by other organizations and individuals to provide to Customers.
ARTICLE 2. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
1. Personal data processed includes data provided by Customers to Viettel when Customers search for, access, register to use Products, goods, services and data arising during the process of Customers purchasing, using Products, goods, services as follows
(i) General Personal Data specified in Clause 6, Article 1 of this Policy; and
(ii) Sensitive Personal Data as defined in Clause 7, Article 1 of this Policy.
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with each type of Product, goods and service.
ARTICLE 3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data under Article 2 may be processed for the following purposes:
1. Provide Products, goods and services to Customers according to the Contract and/or perform Viettel's rights and obligations according to the law, including:
(i) Serving administration, business management activities, business operations (such as reporting, statistics, internal data analysis for research, construction, development, management, measurement, provision; personalization of products, goods, services and improvement of products, goods, services); operation, exploitation, optimization of network quality; handling network incidents; provision, improvement of quality of telecommunications, television, information technology services of Viettel;
(ii) Verify and store Customer personal data to provide Products, goods and services in accordance with the law;
(iii) Verify and perform payment transactions for Products, goods and services for Customers; cross check and pay fees; exchange and provide information to serve the purpose of calculating fees, invoicing and preventing acts of evading obligations under the Contract within the scope permitted by law; cross check with Viettel's partners for the purpose of providing Products, goods and services to Customers;
(iv) Provide, activate or verify request for providing Products, goods and services by the Customer according to the Request Form/Contract or via Viettel's Transaction Channel or other requests of the Customer arising during the use of Products, goods and services;
(v) For the purpose of managing, contacting and notifying Customers;
(vi) Perform the Customer's rights related to Personal Data in accordance with the law and the agreement between the Customer and Viettel;
(vii) Perform the Customer's obligations and/or Viettel's obligations with agencies, organizations and individuals in accordance with the law;
(viii) Disclosure of Customer's Personal Data in accordance with the law;
(ix) Perform Viettel's obligations in accordance with the law and request of state agencies, including regulations on inspection; examination; auditing; statistics; reporting; finance, accounting and tax; risk management, prevent money laundering, anti-financing of Terror and embargo compliance; messaging, communication, advocacy, support related to the National Humanitarian Information Portal and at the request of state agencies and other related obligations;
(x) Perform operations to ensure the safety of Customer's Personal Data; ensure the security of Viettel's information system such as backup, contingency planning, monitoring, optimizing resources and protect of Customer Personal Data;
(xi) Detect and prevent illegal acts in cyberspace as required by competent state authorities and legal regulations such as: spam messages, spam emails, spam calls, messages with fraudulent intent, emails with fraudulent intent, calls with fraudulent intent, etc;
(xii) Detect and prevent fraudulent, deceptive, offensive, intrusive, illegal acts, criminal acts and other illegal acts to protect Customer Personal Data.
(xiii) In the event of an emergency situation related to national defense, national security, public order and safety, major disasters, or dangerous epidemics; when there is a threat to security and national defense but it has not reached the level of declaring a state of emergency; to prevent and combat riots, terrorism, crime, and legal violations according to the law;
(xiv) Use of Customer information (including sharing, disclosing, and transferring information to third parties) to sell and provide Products, goods, and services as requested by the Customer and only within the scope of the information that the Customer has agreed to;
(xv) Use of Customer information (including sharing, disclosing and transferring information to third parties) to perform Viettel's obligations as prescribed by law;
(xvi) Serving the operations of state agencies according to specialized legal regulations;
(xvii) Other purposes to comply with the law.
2. Support Customers when purchasing and using Products, goods and services according to the Contract and legal regulations, including:
(i) Update and process information when Customers purchase and use Products, goods and services;
(ii) Customer care, receiving and resolving customer inquiries and complaints regarding products, goods and services;
(iii) Information about Products, goods, services as well as offers and promotional programs for Products, goods, services;
(iv) Use and transfer Customer Personal Data, information on issues, incidents, and error reports provided by Customers (as specified in Article 9 of this Policy) to organizations or individuals to identify and resolve issues with Products, goods, and services; repair Customer devices; and perform other activities related to customer care and support.
3. Improve the quality of products, goods and services that Viettel provides to customers:
(i) Provide information to Customers about Products, goods and services;
(ii) Improve technology and interface of Viettel's Transaction Channels to ensure convenience for customers;
(iii) Market research, analysis, statistics and other internal management activities to improve Customer experience
(iv) Building marketing campaigns for Products, goods and services
(v) Assess the ability to purchase and use Products, goods, and services through the Customer's telecommunications credit score to provide the best support in delivering products, goods, and services to Customers.
4. Provide marketing, advertising, product, goods, service introduction and other commercial activities in accordance with the needs of Customers or Viettel believes Customers are interested in according to the following content, form and frequency:
(i) Content: Introduce information, offers for products, goods, services and promotions provided by Viettel; Viettel cooperates with partners and/or Viettel's partners provide;
(ii) Method: Through advertising messages (SMS, USSD, MMS...), IVR calls, notifications on Viettel's Transaction Channel or other methods as prescribed by law;
(iii) Form: Send directly to Customers via electronic devices, means or other forms on cyberspace according to the provisions of law.
(iv) Frequency: According to advertising laws
5. Market research, public opinion polling and brokerage services
6. Organizing trade introduction and promotion
ARTICLE 4. PROCESSING OF DATA OF CUSTOMERS UNDER 16 YEARS OLD
During the provision of Products, goods, and services, Viettel does not provide them to individual Customers who are aged from 7 (seven) years old to under 16 (sixteen) years old (“Child Customers”). Viettel will carry out necessary procedures to verify the age of Minor Customers before providing Products, goods, and services and processing Personal Data.
ARTICLE 5. DATA PROCESSING METHOD
1. Collection method
Personal data is collected directly in the following cases:
(i) From Viettel's Websites: We may collect Personal Data when you visit any Viettel website (collectively referred to as the "Website") or use any features or resources available on or through the Website. When you visit the Website, Viettel collects information about your device and browser (such as device type, operating system, browser type, browser settings, IP address, language settings, date and time of connection to the Website and other technical communications)
(ii) From Applications: We may collect Personal Data when Customers download or use mobile applications (collectively referred to as “Applications”). These Applications may record certain information (including Application usage statistics, device type, operating system, Application settings, IP address, language settings, date and time of connection to the Application, and other technical communications)
(iii) From Products, goods, services: Viettel may collect Personal Data when Customers search, access, purchase, register to use, use any Products, goods, services through any form (SMS, USSD, IVR, website, wapsite, application...); Viettel's transaction channels, cyberspace; and/or other methods as prescribed by law
(iv) From communications with Customers: Viettel may collect Personal Data through interactions between Viettel and Customers (in person, by mail, telephone, online, call center system, electronic communication or any other means) including Customer surveys.
(v) From social networks: Viettel's social networks and/or social networks that we cooperate with partners.
(vi) From audio and video recording devices placed at stores, business locations or places where part or all of Viettel's business activities are carried out where you meet, appear or interact with us. The placement of recording and filming devices is intended to contribute to protecting social order and safety, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Customers and Viettel in accordance with the law
(vii) From interactions or automated data collection technologies: Viettel may collect information including IP address, referring URL, operating system, browser type and any other information automatically logged from the connection.
+ Cookies, flash cookies, plug-ins, pixel tags, electronic beacons, third-party social media connectors or other tracking technologies;
+ Any technology capable of tracking individual activities across devices or Websites;
+ Other data information provided by a device, software, system
(viii) Other means: Viettel may collect Personal Data when Customers interact with Viettel through any other means.
We may also collect Personal Data indirectly through public, official information sources; or through receiving necessary data sharing from subsidiaries and partners, which they collect during the cooperation process with Viettel to provide Products, goods and services to you and are permitted to share by you.
2. Storage method
Personal data is stored in Vietnam at Viettel's Customer database system or at anywhere we or our branches, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or service providers have facilities and create storage copies for data centers in another region.
During the process of Customers accessing Viettel's website, wapsite, application, social network, we can also temporarily store information via cookies, clickstream or similar website browsing data storage tools to store data that the web server in the domain can retrieve.
3. Data transfer and sharing
(i) We will use necessary security measures to ensure the transfer/sharing of your Personal Data to (i) other telecommunications businesses; (ii) individuals/organizations participating in the Personal Data Processing process specified in Article 8 of this Policy); or (iii) competent state agencies, ensuring information security, no data disclosure, and requiring the parties receiving Personal Data to have data security measures.
(ii) Customer information may be transferred, shared and other data processing activities performed:
a. In the territory of Vietnam;
b. In any country where Viettel has a head office;
c. In the country where the contractor, third party or individuals or organizations specified in Article 9 of this Policy have a head office or operate to provide services to Viettel.
4. Analysis method
The analysis of Personal Data is carried out according to Viettel's internal procedures. We always have a strict monitoring mechanism for each data analysis process, which includes checking compliance with legal requirements regarding data security, ensuring information security for information technology systems before conducting analysis. We also have strict rules to ensure that personal information is anonymized or de-identified at the appropriate stage of processing.
5. Encryption method
Personal Data collected is encrypted according to appropriate encryption standards when necessary during the storage or transfer of data, to ensure that the data is protected, authenticated, intact, and cannot be altered after being sent.
6. How to delete data
When you stop using Viettel's Products, goods and services and have a valid request, we will proceed to delete Personal Data with all Personal Data that you have provided and/or we have collected during your use of Products, goods and services, except in cases where the law stipulates otherwise and in certain situations where deletion is not possible, as follows:
(i) The law does not allow data deletion or requires mandatory data retention
(ii) Personal data is processed by competent state agencies for the purpose of serving the activities of state agencies in accordance with the provisions of law;
(iii) Personal data has been disclosed in accordance with the law;
(iv) Personal data is processed to serve legal requirements, scientific research, and statistics in accordance with legal regulations;
(v) In case of emergency regarding national defense, security, social order and safety, major disasters, dangerous epidemics; when there is a threat to national security and defense but not to the extent of declaring a state of emergency; preventing and combating riots, terrorism, preventing and combating crimes and violations of the law;
(vi) Responding to emergency situations that threaten the life, health, or safety of the Customer or other individuals.
ARTICLE 6. DATA SECURITY PRINCIPLES OF VIETTEL
1. Customer’s personal data is kept confidential in accordance with this Policy and legal regulations.
2. We are responsible for ensuring network information security according to the law, ensuring national defense, national security, state secrets, maintaining political stability, social order and safety and promoting socio-economic development.
3. The handling of network information security incidents will always ensure the legal rights and interests of the Customer.
4. Network information security activities are carried out regularly, continuously, promptly and effectively.
ARTICLE 7. POSSIBLE UNWANTED CONSEQUENCES AND DAMAGES
1. We apply various protective measures, ensuring the security of Customer information, and use different information security technologies to protect and prevent your Personal Data from being accessed, used, or shared unintentionally. However, no data can be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your Personal Data in certain cases such as:
(i) Hardware or software errors during data processing that cause loss of Customer data;
(ii) Security vulnerabilities beyond our control, where the system is attacked by hackers causing data breaches;
(iii) Customers disclose personal data due to: carelessness or fraud; accessing websites/downloading applications containing malware, being taken over by hackers.
2. We recommend that you keep confidential information related to your account login password, OTP code and do not share this content with anyone else; keep personal devices (phones, tablets, personal computers, etc.) safe during use; Customers should log out of your account when you do not need to use it.
3. You should be aware that at any time you disclose and make public your Personal Data, it may be collected and used by others for purposes beyond your and our control.
4. In the event that the data storage server is attacked, leading to the loss, leakage, or exposure of Customers' Personal Data, Viettel will be responsible for notifying the relevant authorities for timely investigation and handling, and informing the Customer in accordance with legal regulations.
5. The Internet is not a completely secure environment. When you transmit Personal Data over the Internet, you should only use secure systems to access a website, application or device. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials for each website, application or device secure and confidential.
6. In the event that the Customer disagrees with certain purposes for data processing specified in this Policy by exercising the right to delete, the right to request deletion, the right to withdraw consent, restrict data processing, or oppose data processing, it may result in Viettel being unable to provide Products, goods, and services, or providing incomplete Products, goods, and services to the Customer. Depending on the case, the Customer may
(i) The Service is not available; or
(ii) Only part of the service is available; or
(iii) Using the service with quality not as described/announced by the supplier; or
(iv) Not receiving notifications, information, not receiving updates about goods/services or trade promotion programs; or
(v) Not to participate in promotional programs; or
(vi) Restricted from exercising certain rights or using certain features of the product/service; or
(vii) Other restrictions depending on the case.
ARTICLE 8. TIME OF STARTING AND ENDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1. Personal Data is processed from the moment we receive the Personal Data provided by you and we have an appropriate legal basis to process the data in accordance with the law.
2. To the extent permitted by law, Personal Data will be processed until the data processing purposes stated in Article 3 of this Policy have been completed.
3. We may be required to store your Personal Data even after the contract between you and Viettel has ended in order to fulfill our legal obligations under the law and/or the requirements of competent state authorities.
ARTICLE 9. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING IN THE PROCESS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1. Depending on the circumstances, we may be the Personal Data Controller or the Personal Data Controller and Processor.
2. To the extent permitted by law, you understand that we may share Personal Data for the purposes set out in Article 3 with the following organizations and individuals:
(i) Viettel's subsidiaries, member enterprises, and affiliates in Vietnam;
(ii) Organizations and individuals providing Products, goods, services and/or cooperating with Viettel, including: agents, consulting units, auditors, lawyers, notaries and business cooperation partners, providing information technology solutions, software, applications, operations, management, troubleshooting, infrastructure development services and other related organizations and individuals.
(iii) Any individual or organization that is a representative or authorized party of the Customer, acting on behalf of the Customer
(vi) Payment service providers, payment intermediary services based on Customer's authorization or approval
Data sharing will be carried out in accordance with the order, manner and current legal regulations. The parties receiving Personal Data are obliged to keep your Personal Data confidential in accordance with this Policy; Viettel's regulations, procedures, standards on Personal Data Protection and current legal regulations.
3. We may share your information with competent state agencies when carrying out the purpose of Processing Personal Data stated in Article 3 of this Policy in accordance with the law.
ARTICLE 10. CUSTOMER RIGHTS
1. You are informed about the Processing of your Personal Data, unless otherwise provided by law.
2. You have the right to decide your consent in relation to the Processing of your Personal Data, unless otherwise provided by law.
3. You have the right to access, view, correct or request correction of your Personal Data, unless otherwise provided by law.
We will correct Personal Data upon your request or in accordance with specialized legal regulations. In cases where correction cannot be made, we will notify you in accordance with the agreement between us and you, and the relevant legal regulations.
4. You have the right to delete or request deletion of your Personal Data in accordance with Clause 6, Article 5 of this Policy.
5. You have the right to request restriction of Processing of your Personal Data in accordance with the law.
We will restrict data processing upon your request, provided that the technical conditions allow, except in cases where the law provides otherwise or according to the agreement between the parties.
6. You have the right to request us to provide your Personal Data, unless otherwise provided by law.
The provision of your Personal Data will be carried out by Viettel after receiving your request, unless otherwise provided by law.
7. You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing purposes that you have previously allowed Viettel to process, except where the law provides otherwise. Upon receiving your request, Viettel will notify you of the consequences and potential damages that may occur when withdrawing your consent.
In case the withdrawal of your consent affects the performance of the Contract between Viettel and Customer, Viettel's legal obligations, the life, property and rights, legitimate interests of you, other organizations, individuals, the task of protecting national security, social order and safety, we have the right to limit, suspend, terminate, cancel part or all of the Contract for providing products, goods, services between Viettel and the Customer. We do not bear any legal responsibility or compensation for any loss incurred by you in this case.
8. Customers have the right to object to Viettel Processing your Personal Data to prevent or limit the disclosure of Personal Data or for other reasons as prescribed by law.
We will implement your objection request after receiving, unless otherwise provided by law.
In the event that your objection affects the performance of the contract between Viettel and you, Viettel's legal obligations, the life, property, and legal rights and interests of you, other organizations, or individuals, or the mission to protect national security and public order, we have the right to limit, suspend, terminate, or cancel part or all of the Product, goods, and service provision contract between Viettel and the Customer. We will not be liable for any losses incurred by you in this case.
9. You have the right to file complaints, report violations, or initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the law.
10. You have the right to claim compensation for actual damages according to the law if Viettel violates the regulations on protecting your Personal Data, unless the parties have agreed otherwise or the law provides otherwise.
11. You have the right to protect yourself in accordance with the relevant laws, including the provisions of the Civil Code, or request competent authorities or organizations to implement methods of protecting civil rights, such as ordering the termination of infringing acts, requesting an apology, public correction, ordering compensation for damages, and other provisions under the law.
12. Other rights under this Policy and law.
13. You can perform the rights in clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of this Article by accessing the Website https://viettelai.vn or calling the hotline 0981.900.911 or sending an email to viettelai@viettel.com.vn or other methods specified by the law and Viettel's regulations at each point in time. Viettel may verify the necessary information from the Customer to fulfill the Customer's requests.
ARTICLE 11. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
1. Comply with the laws and regulations of Viettel related to the processing of your Personal Data
2. Provide and ensure the legal right to fully, truthfully, and accurately provide Personal Data and other information as required by Viettel when searching for, accessing, purchasing, registering for use, and using Products, goods, and services, and when there are changes to this information. We will secure your Personal Data based on the information you have provided. Therefore, if any information is inaccurate, we will not be responsible if it affects or limits your rights. In case of failure to notify, if risks or losses arise, you will be responsible for any errors or fraudulent actions when using Products, goods, and services due to your fault or failure to provide accurate, complete, and timely updates to your information, including financial losses and additional costs incurred due to incorrect or inconsistent information provided.
3. Cooperate with Viettel, competent state agencies or third parties in case of issues arising affecting the security of your Personal Data.
4. Self-protect your Personal Data; request other relevant organizations and individuals to protect your Personal Data; proactively apply measures to protect your Personal Data during the use of Products, goods and services; promptly notify us when discovering errors or mistakes in Personal Data or suspecting that Personal Data is being violated.
5. Respect and protect the Personal Data of others
6. Be responsible for the information and data that you create and provide on the Internet; be responsible in case your Personal Data is leaked or violated due to your fault.
7. Regularly update regulations and policies related to the protection and processing of Viettel's Personal Data in each period, which are notified to you via Viettel's Transaction Channel.
8. Comply with legal regulations on personal data protection and participate in preventing and combating violations of regulations on personal data protection.
9. Other responsibilities as prescribed by law.
ARTICLE 12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. This Policy is effective from the date of signing and is also a Notice of Personal Data Processing in accordance with current laws. Customers commit to having read, understood and agreed to the entire content of this Policy without any conditions attached.
2. This Policy is established for the sole purpose of regulating the processing of personal data in compliance with legal regulations. In other words, this Policy has independent legal effect, not and does not depend on the Contract for providing Products, goods and services between Viettel and Customers.
3. The Customer understands and agrees that this Policy may be amended from time to time and will be notified directly to the Customer through the Transaction Channels and other methods of Viettel before being applied. Changes and effective dates will be updated on the Transaction Channels and/or through other methods of Viettel. In case the law requires, Viettel will ask for the Customer's consent to such changes.
4. The Customer has read, understood, agreed and committed to strictly implementing the terms and conditions stated in this Policy. Issues not specified shall be implemented in accordance with the law, instructions of competent State agencies and/or amendments and supplements to this Policy from time to time.
5. If a dispute arises, the parties will proactively negotiate in good faith and cooperation. If negotiation fails, the parties have the right to request the competent authorities to resolve the matter in accordance with the law.
