1. Refund Policy:

Once the Customer starts to register to use the service, it will not be canceled, changed or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Warranty policy:

The service we provide is an online service so there is no such warranty policy. We ensure to fully and accurately comply with the Service Quality Commitment signed with the Customer regarding technical support, complaints, compensation, etc.

3. Seller and customer obligations:

* Responsibilities of Viettel AI:

  • Provide complete and accurate information about products and services Viettel AI provides.
  • Ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of information about Viettel AI products and services provided on the website.
  • Comply with the provisions of the law on online payment, protect the interests of consumers and other relevant laws when selling on websites
  • Fully fulfill tax obligations as prescribed by law
  • Answer questions and difficulties for users during use

* Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Strictly comply with the regulations and processes related to services prescribed by Viettel AI.
  • Fully pay Viettel AI the amount according to the order together with the prescribed invoices and documents (if any).
  • Support and provide full information to Viettel AI related to transactions when requested by Viettel AI.
