The signing ceremony took place in Dubai during a business event between Vietnam and the UAE attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

According to the agreement, Viettel AI and Presight will collaborate to develop generative AI (capable of generating images, text, and video based on existing data), AI solutions for smart city operations, big data analytics solutions for enterprises, and AI talent development initiatives.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highlighted the growing connectivity between Vietnam and the UAE through telecommunications and fiber optics and expressed optimism for further connectivity through artificial intelligence.

Nguyen Manh Quy, CEO of Viettel AI, shared “With our research expertise and mastery of core technologies in AI, Big Data, Robotics, and Digital Twin, along with extensive experience in implementing national AI platforms and projects, combined with Presight’s market knowledge and advanced technology, we are confident in bringing breakthroughs in artificial intelligence to the international market. Particularly, our focus on developing products and services in native languages will provide enhanced user experiences tailored to each country”.
