Specifically, the three updated advanced voice versions are: Northern female voice (Quỳnh Anh), Central female voice (Mai Ngọc), and Southern female voice (Diễm My). These new voices offer higher quality, natural-sounding speech similar to human voices, automatically pausing at long sentences and incorporating expression, which differs significantly from the monotonous speech of typical machine-generated voices.

To create the most authentic voice versions, Viettel AI's experts and engineers conducted extensive research, collecting, analyzing, and processing tens of millions of data points, including thousands of male and female voices from all three regions of Vietnam—North, Central, and South.
