After more than 1 year of testing, the virtual legal assistant supporting judges has proven positive effects, helping to reduce the amount of work by 30% compared to traditional operations, optimizing the entire operating time at Court system.

Highly appreciating the virtual assistant's ability to support quick and intelligent legal searches and inquiries, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister also provided comments and suggestions to further improve the product, exactly meeting user needs.

The 5th National Forum on the Development of Vietnam Digital Technology Enterprises is a major event of the Information and Communications industry to summarize and evaluate the development of Vietnam digital technology enterprises in the past 4 years. At the same time, convey core ideas about digital technology development, the Make in Vietnam spirit, and develop digital technology businesses that contribute to increasing labor productivity, rapid and sustainable development...

The civil servant virtual assistant was developed by the Center for Data Services and Artificial Intelligence - Viettel AI based on a large, clean Vietnamese language model and used exclusively for Vietnamese people. According to Mr. Nguyen Manh Quy, Director of Viettel AI, the difference between Viettel's virtual assistant and other artificial intelligence platforms is absolute accuracy.

Virtual assistants serve and help officials and civil servants make policies and issue legal documents. Just one mistake can cause consequences such as policies that do not reach people, are ineffective, and are illegal. Therefore, the information virtual assistants give to officials and civil servants must be absolutely accurate. At the same time, each answer from Viettel AI's virtual assistant comes with a quote and text source to show the credibility and certainty in the virtual assistant's answer.
