Viettel AI Signs Memorandum of Understanding with TWSC to Foster Innovation in Cloud Computing and AI

June 3, 2024 — the Viettel Center for Data Services and Artificial Intelligence (Viettel AI), a division of Vietnam’s leading corporation, Viettel Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Taiwan Web Service Corp (TWSC), a subsidiary of ASUS. Coming on the eve of Computex 2024, this strategic partnership marks a significant step forward in business and technical cooperation between Taiwan and Vietnam.

At the MoU signing ceremony, Mr. Tao Duc Thang, Chairman and CEO of Viettel Group and ASUS Senior Vice President Jackie Hsu, jointly witnessed the signing of the cooperation agreement between Viettel AI and TWSC at ASUS’s HQ. Under the terms of the MoU, Viettel AI and TWSC will focus on developing Cloud Computing for AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models, particularly in the realms of healthcare and smart cities. Both parties have committed to sharing their technical, professional, and practical expertise to foster innovation, aiming to explore new markets and enhance the quality of existing products and services.
